周四上午接着开会。

先由总部产品经理将整个公司各产品的销售状况做了一番报告,然后就竞争对手,上下游行情等统一做了分析。

产品经理做完报告后,副总先评论了一下当前形势,然后将公司销售激励改革方案每人发了一份;接着在投影仪上一个个细述。

主要内容有,一是,为减少部分业务员对大客户的依赖,有的业务呢手头就跟几个大客户,守着这几个大客户,全年都不用干活,这是不行的,所以公司决定将三年以上的年销售额满100万的客户划归营业部,由营业部和区域经理兼管;原来计划是五十万,后来考虑到影响面较大,所以先实行100万,试行以后再考虑50万。

二是将三年以上年销售额100万以下的老客户,特价客户,付款账期三个月以上客户,业务提成由原来的0.6%一律降低到0.3%。

三是,对新产品新客户的提成根据销售价格分级设置;现款的新客户且出货价格在指导价10%以上的按2%的比例提成;在指导价以上的按1%的比例提成,现款的新客户特价销售的按0.6%的比例提成等。

四是,对坏账的惩罚措施,付款逾期超三个月的扣除一半的提成;逾期超六个月的这个订单的提成全部扣除并暂停发放该业务的其它提成,直到业务收回欠款。如果确实收不回欠款就按坏账的20%比例扣业务提成。

副总解释道,公司原计划是将三年以上的老客户统一交给营业部跟踪,后来考虑到行业特殊性,客户还是要服务,还是要催款,跟踪订单;所以先将100万以上的老客户收回,再将部分客户提成比例进行了下调;公司将全方位鼓励新客户,单价高的客户,付款好的客户,从而切实提高员工的工作积极性。

另外,对经销商客户,公司将全部划给营业部,业务员将不再参与经销商的服务,不得再随意报价。公司还将设立网络营销部门,在某平台发布广告,初步销售知名度相对低的产品,和新的代理产品。

副总讲完后,老板问道:“对这个方案,大家有什么意见?”

大家沉默不语,副总看大家不说话就回道:“如果不说话,就表明没意见了,那就按这个方案执行了。”

小贾突然说道:“一下就调到0.3%这个幅度是不是太大了点,这样我们的收入一下要降很多呀。”

老王接着说道:“希望有个过渡期,不能一下降那么多,还有100万以上的客户都划了后,能不能有点补偿?在上海生活成本这么高,收入一下跌下去生活估计会有困难。”

张万牛随后说道:“我们是传统行业,很多客户都是合作多年的老客户,基本上每个业务手上的客户六七成都是合作三年以上的;这样算下来,我们的业绩提成就要少个三四成。而新代理的产品市场前景如何还是未知数。”

副总道:“公司的目的就是为了鼓励开发新客户新产品;提高业务员的积极性,所以就降低了老客户的提成比例,大幅提高了新客户的提成比例;对公司的老油条是个打击,但对公司的新人是个激励。”

老王翻了翻白眼想说点什么,最后还是强行忍住了。

小罗突然说道:“那公司是不鼓励开发大客户了,满三年就收回,谁还费劲对大客户公关啊。”
